Copper-clad aluminum alloy(CCAA) wire

Description

That the inner layer uses a special aluminum alloy core material, and the outer layer is covered with a high-purity copper layer. It is made through a continuous coating and drawing process. Compared with ordinary copper-clad aluminum, its tensile, stretching, and bending resistance are greatly upgraded, and its dimensional accuracy is higher.

Description

New type of copper-clad aluminum alloy composite flat profile, with an alloy aluminum core and an outer layer of pure copper. After rolling, the edges and corners are rounded and the surface is flat. Its mechanical toughness and fatigue resistance far exceed those of ordinary copper-clad aluminum flat wire.
