Enameled copper-clad aluminum wire (ECCA wire)

Description

That it uses copper-clad aluminum composite round wire as the conductor, with an outer layer coated with high-performance insulating varnish, and is continuously coated and cured. It retains the copper-clad aluminum metallurgical composite structure, resulting in a uniform varnish film with good adhesion, standard wire diameter, and excellent flexibility.

Advantages

1. Lightweight and low density, significantly lighter than pure copper enameled wire;
2. Low raw material cost, excellent cost-performance ratio, can replace ordinary enameled copper wire;
3. Insulation performance and temperature resistance are consistent with conventional enameled copper wire;
4. Good toughness, easy to wind, and processing technology is the same as enameled copper wire.

Description

uses copper-clad aluminum flat strip as the base material, with an overall surface coating of insulating varnish. The side planes are fully covered, the varnish film is dense and free of pinholes, and the rounded corners of the flat wires have a natural transition, making it suitable for high-power winding and ribbon cable applications.

Advantages

1. Lightweight and high current carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation and low temperature rise;
2. Cost is much lower than that of enameled pure copper flat wire, making it highly economical;
3. Excellent temperature resistance and insulation performance, suitable for conventional winding and lamination processes;
4. Good mechanical toughness, not easy to delaminate or crack when cut and bent.
